What You’ll Do:

  • Provide onsite IT support to end users across the location
  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Support software installations and deployments
  • Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change)
  • Handle IT asset management and refresh activities
  • Support onboarding and offboarding (device setup and retrieval)
  • Ensure Day 1 readiness for new joiners
  • Configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Replace faulty components and perform post-repair testing
  • Perform data backup, restoration, and migration
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers


RequirementsWhat You Need:

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Desktop / Deskside Support
Technical Skills:

  • Windows 10/11 support
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Basic Active Directory knowledge
  • Hardware & software troubleshooting
  • Basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi)
  • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar)
Core Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills (English required)
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in SLA-driven environments
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
