In this role, you'll work closely with the CX Operations Manager to build and refine top-notch recruitment processes and procedures, primarily across EMEA, ensuring they are both innovative and compliant. This is a hands-on role focused on talent acquisition operations, where your efforts will directly support our global talent goals and help us build a better future. Responsibilities: Help guide the short and long-term transition plans for CX Operations team's EMEA systems, tools, and processes, supporting our ongoing growth and evolution. Pull and share key recruiting metrics with internal stakeholders like HR Business Partners and Recruiters, providing valuable insights. Contribute to Global Talent Acquisition Projects. Assist with vendor partnerships, helping to build and manage resource strategies, execute project plans, and gather data for recruitment activities. Focus on standardizing global processes within People and diligently documenting these processes to ensure clarity and efficiency. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: Native / fluent in French at a corporate level. Fluent in English at a corporate level. A solid understanding of recruiting operating procedures, practices, guidelines, HR technology, and tools. Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver excellent results on time. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is a must. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Avature). Knowledge of Polish, Spanish, Dutch, Arabic or Italian at any level. Additional information: This is a contingent worker position (umowa o pracę tymczasową).
