How you’ll make an impact:



  • Ensure consistent usage and interpretation of data across SAP, MES, and digital sales systems.
  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies between system behavior, data structures, and business processes.
  • Harmonize end-to-end processes across domains such as Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Plan-to-Deliver (P2D).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP, integration, manufacturing, and sales experts.
  • Validate master data usage in real business scenarios (e.g. BOMs, routings, pricing, customer structures).
  • Support global standardization by reducing deviations and enforcing consistent process logic.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Master Data organization.
  • Analyze process flows and identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
  • Develop documentation, guidelines, and best practices for cross-system alignment.

Your background




  • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP or integrated system environments (ERP, MES, or digital platforms).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes such as Q2C, P2D, and S2P.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, PP).
  • Good understanding of data modeling and master data concepts.
  • Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify inconsistencies.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment. Good command of Polish and English for international communication.
  • Experience in transformation, harmonization, or integration projects is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment, with good MS Office skills and a valid Category B driving license. Willingness to travel up to 20-30%.
