Activities
  • Manage safety aspect with Zero accident target
  • Commercial: manage project on time and on budget
  • Technical: manage project technical spec per Total requirements
  • Engage with the engineering center and ensure the design is in lines with the actual site conditions
  • Develop and qualify new contractors to execute projects in quality, safety and timely manner.
  • Develop innovative ways to manage the project cost and quality
  • Interact with teams at Hub/ HQ to demonstrate progress on projects with all the Project monitoring tools.
  • Ensure we receive all the project related permits from the concerned authorities for construction and commissioning


Minimum Qualifications
  • Holds engineering degree (mechanical or electrical),
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in rooftop solar projects in development or execution.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High proficiency in English, and local language.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of engineering and solar specific software (Helioscope, Meteonorm, PVSyst)
