Activities
- Manage safety aspect with Zero accident target
- Commercial: manage project on time and on budget
- Technical: manage project technical spec per Total requirements
- Engage with the engineering center and ensure the design is in lines with the actual site conditions
- Develop and qualify new contractors to execute projects in quality, safety and timely manner.
- Develop innovative ways to manage the project cost and quality
- Interact with teams at Hub/ HQ to demonstrate progress on projects with all the Project monitoring tools.
- Ensure we receive all the project related permits from the concerned authorities for construction and commissioning
Minimum Qualifications
- Holds engineering degree (mechanical or electrical),
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rooftop solar projects in development or execution.
- Strong analytical skills
- High proficiency in English, and local language.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of engineering and solar specific software (Helioscope, Meteonorm, PVSyst)
