We’re seeking an outstanding Teaching Assistant (Primary) to join our Manila school, a Nord Anglia Education school.

  • Have completed at least their first contract at their current school

CONTRACT TYPE: This role is offered on a fixed-term basis for one academic year (August 2026 to June 2027), with the potential to convert to a permanent contract.

You will be adaptable, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced international school environment. You will hold a university degree and a recognised teaching qualification, along with relevant experience in a school setting.


You will be reflective and committed to continuous improvement, with a strong focus on supporting student progress and enhancing learning outcomes.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS

Essential


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education
  • Valid license as Professional Teacher (PRC) in the Philippines
  • At least 2 years experience working in Primary setting
  • High levels of personal integrity
  • Conscientious and able to focus on completing work to a consistently high standard

Desirable


  • Experience of working in international school setting
  • Special Education background

Other Requirements


  • Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and school events that support the holistic development of students.
  • A professional demeanour, exemplifying integrity, respect, and responsibility as a role model for young adults.
