What You’ll DoYou’ll be responsible for the daily operations of our online communities across platforms like Nas.com, WhatsApp and other community channels.
That means you will:
  • Moderate community conversations and maintain a positive environment
  • Send daily messages, updates, reminders, and engagement prompts
  • Respond to member questions and escalate issues when needed
  • Remove spam, enforce community guidelines, and handle conflicts professionally
  • Keep communities active, organized, and engaging
  • Track engagement and identify ways to improve member participation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to communicate announcements and updates
  • Help execute community campaigns, launches, and events
  • Ensure no important member messages or operational tasks fall through the cracks
Who You AreYou are someone who:
  • Loves online communities and understand internet culture
