This is a full‑time, permanent remote assignment based in the Philippines, supporting U.S. operations and following Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Purpose The Accounts Payable Administrator will support the company’s Accounting and Supply Chain activities by processing, tracking and recording payments in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Core Job Responsibilities
  • Organizing A/P invoices
  • Processing A/P
  • Maintaining A/P filing
  • Handling any inquiries regarding A/P
  • Making payments to stay current with all vendor accounts
  • Assisting with audit support
  • 3‑way match
  • Routing invoices for approval
  • Coding invoices
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Respond to vendor emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Reconciliations
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years full cycle accounts payable experience
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Experience with utilizing an ERP
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
