Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. An era in which our GPU and DPU act as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an employee, you will be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.

The NVIDIA DOCA™ SDK enables developers to rapidly build applications and services on top of NVIDIA® BlueField® data processing units (DPUs), using industry-standard APIs. With DOCA, developers can deliver breakthrough networking, security, and storage performance by harnessing the power of NVIDIA's DPUs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts using Python to ensure the reliability, functionality, and quality of the DOCA™ SDK.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated test workflows to integrate verification into the development lifecycle.
  • Build and manage test environments and infrastructure (labs, containers, VMs, configuration) to support large‑scale, automated performance and regression testing.
  • Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing of software applications and networking protocols, including performance and scalability verification.
  • Identify, analyze, and report software defects, inconsistencies, and other quality issues, and drive them to resolution with development teams.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot build, test, and deployment issues across automation and lab systems, working closely with developers and DevOps/SRE teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and test plan reviews, suggesting ideas to improve the quality, maintainability, and observability of both product and test code.
  • Continuously supervise and evaluate the efficiency of test and delivery processes and methodologies, recommending and implementing improvements and further automation where necessary.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer or software verification engineer, with a focus on building sophisticated software systems and test automation.
  • Strong experience with Linux environments, including scripting and basic system and networking troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in software design and architecture principles, with an emphasis on testability and automation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++ or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of data structures and OOP.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps concepts (source control, code review, build systems, automated testing, deployments).
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to take on complex technical challenges end‑to‑end (from test design through automation and environment).
  • Effective communication skills, creative, motivated, and driven worker.
  • Basic knowledge of networking.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Knowledge in one or more of the following networking areas: Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/UDP/IP, QoS, L2–L3 protocols.
  • Background with networking applications and protocols, especially in high‑performance or low‑latency environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with CI methodology and tools (e.g., Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
  • Experience with DevOps tooling and practices, such as containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), infrastructure‑as‑code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform), and monitoring/logging of test or lab systems.
  • Experience designing and executing large‑scale performance, scalability, or reliability test suites with knowledge of design patterns.
