Video Editor / Motion Graphics Specialist Working Hours: M-F (EST or PST) Job Type: Part-Time Scope of the Role The Video Editor / Motion Graphics Specialist will support the creative and growth teams by producing high-performing video and motion-based ad creatives optimised for paid media channels.
This role focuses heavily on rapid iteration, producing multiple variations of ads to test creative concepts, messaging, and formats.
The role is ideal for someone experienced in performance marketing creatives who understands how to create engaging, scroll-stopping content designed for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital advertising channels.
Duties and responsibilities: Create high-performing video ads optimized for paid social and paid search campaigns.
Develop motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visuals for non-static ad formats.
Rapidly iterate creative variations to support ongoing A/B testing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Growth to align creative output with performance goals.
Work with the creative team to develop new visual concepts and storytelling formats for digital advertising.
Edit short-form video content designed for high engagement across multiple platforms.
Optimize creatives based on performance feedback and campaign data.
Maintain organized creative assets and workflows to support high-volume production.
Proven experience as a Video Editor and/or Motion Graphics Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing paid media creatives, motion graphics, and short-form video content.
Experience producing creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or other paid channels.
Proficiency with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion/video editing software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume creative testing environment.
Strong understanding of performance marketing creative best practices.
Ability to receive feedback quickly and iterate on creative assets efficiently.
Preferred : Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
Familiarity with UGC-style performance creatives.
Experience collaborating with growth and performance marketing teams.
