  • Create end‑to‑end high‑fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Build reusable UI components and contribute to design systems, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Conduct UX research—user interviews, contextual inquiry, user testing, surveys—to drive evidence‑based design decisions.
  • Develop complex visualizations using d3.js, Three.js, Processing, p5.js, and other creative coding frameworks.
  • Work with product owners to define feature workflows and deliver intuitive, human‑centered interaction designs.
  • Consume and integrate with backend REST APIs; collaborate with backend teams using Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
  • Lead UX audits and recommend improvements to navigation, information hierarchy, and user journey flow.
  • Optimize UI performance across devices and browsers; ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG).
  • Collaborate with visual designers, engineers, architects, and cross‑functional partners to ship high‑quality final outputs.
  • Mentor junior designers/developers and promote best practices in UI engineering and UX design.
QualificationsRequired Skills
  • 8–11 years of professional experience in UI/UX design + frontend engineering.
  • Strong proficiency with:
    • React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/Sass, Git/GitHub
    • Visualization: d3.js, Three.js, Processing, p5.js
    • Design tools: Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Zeplin, Webflow
  • Strong experience with user research, persona creation, interaction flows, and rapid prototyping.
  • Excellent understanding of responsive design, accessibility (A11y), and UI performance optimization.
  • Ability to work across the full design‑development lifecycle—from concept to production implementation.
  • Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Unity/C#, WebVR, or immersive interactions.
  • Exposure to IoT/embedded systems (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi).
  • Experience building scientific, data‑intensive, or enterprise visualization tools.
  • Background in creative coding, media arts, or experimental design (bonus).
