We're hiring UI/UX Designer (Islamabad)

Client Company Introduction:

A leading UK-based e-learning provider specializing in health, safety, and compliance training recognized service company with over 200+ employees.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to take ownership of the user experience across our digital platforms. You will be responsible for designing engaging,
conversion-optimized journeys for our marketing website, creating intuitive, learner-centric interfaces for our LMS, and delivering a seamless, user-friendly experience for our mobile app.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Website

  • Create visually appealing and highly usable web interfaces designed to maximise engagement and simplify the buying process.
  • Conduct user research and A/B testing to understand customer behaviour and improve conversion rates (CRO).
  • Ensure the website is fully responsive, visually engaging, and aligns with the HumanFocus brand guidelines.

Learning Management System

  • Simplify complex user workflows within the LMS to create a frictionless experience for trainees, managers, and system administrators.
  • Design intuitive dashboards, course catalogues, and reporting interfaces.
  • Ensure all LMS designs meet digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to accommodate a diverse user base.

Mobile Application

  • Design intuitive and engaging native mobile interfaces (iOS and Android) that provide learners with accessible, on-the-go training experiences.
  • Optimize user journeys and interactions specifically for mobile screens and touch interfaces.
  • Ensure a cohesive user experience and visual consistency between the web-based LMS and the mobile application.

General

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and high-fidelity prototypes (using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing team to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
  • Establish and maintain a cohesive design system and component library across all three platforms.
  • Requirements
  • Up to 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work on e-commerce/marketing websites, SaaS/web applications, and mobile apps (iOS/Android). LMS experience is a significant bonus.
  • Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience using AI-driven design and research tools to streamline workflows and generate data-driven UX insights.
  • A solid understanding of user-centred design principles, responsive web design, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic front-end/mobile constraints (coding is not required, but understanding the technical limitations is essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing time efficiently within our Islamabad office environment.
  • What We Offer
  • Competitive market salary (PKR).
  • Flexible working hours bridging Pakistan and UK time zones.
Comprehensive medical insurance covering family and parents.
  • Gratuity benefits.

Experience: 3+ yrs

Work Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Location: Central Office: I8 Markaz, Islamabad
