About This Opportunity
At Ericsson, we are accelerating enterprise transformation through automation, digitalization, and AI-driven innovation. As a Transformation Manager – Automation, Digital & AI, you will play a key role in driving high-impact transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, enable smarter decision-making, and deliver measurable business value.
This role operates at the intersection of business, technology, and operations—identifying high-value opportunities, translating them into scalable solutions, and embedding them into day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to lead transformation initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring sustainable adoption and long-term impact.

What You Will Do
Transformation & Value Delivery
•    Identify and prioritize automation, digital, and AI opportunities through process analysis and performance insights.
•    Translate business challenges into clear transformation use cases with defined KPIs, target states, and value metrics.
•    Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept, pilot, and scaling through to operationalization.
•    Apply structured problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and agile execution methodologies.
•    Track, validate, and sustain operational and financial benefits from transformation initiatives.
AI & Automation Use Case Ownership
•    Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and automation use cases.
•    Assess and prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, scalability, and risk.
•    Develop and evaluate business cases to support investment decisions.
•    Coordinate solution design, pilot execution, and industrialization with business, IT, data, and automation teams.
•    Drive governance, performance monitoring, and effective change management activities.
Portfolio & Capability Management
•    Manage and visualize the transformation portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
•    Support leadership teams with prioritization, transparency, and actionable insights.
•    Coach use case owners and promote reuse of platforms, frameworks, and best practices.
•    Contribute to capability building in automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Foster a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and AI-first thinking across the organization.

Skills You Will Bring
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in transformation, automation, digitalization, AI, or operational excellence roles.
•    Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
•    Ability to translate business challenges into practical digital, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
•    Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
•    Familiarity with automation, AI delivery models, Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.
•    Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Power Platform, Snowflake, Python, and Power BI.
•    Experience in consulting environments or large-scale transformation programs is preferred.
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
•    Demonstrated ability to balance innovation with disciplined execution in fast-paced environments.
