In this role, you willbe part ofateam ofThirdPartyManagementprofessionalswithin theGlobal Procurement,Third Party Management, & Shared Services (GPTPMS) organization. GPTPMSprovidesprocurement-related services to the greaterCigna Group. A key function of this position is toperformsupplier governance,manage supplier issues,drivesupplier performance,andminimize risk within our supplier contracts.This position willbe an exciting opportunity forestablishingaThird PartyManagement(TPM) presence within the innovation hub.

Responsibilities

• Performsupplier governancetasks within the TPMtoolfor assigned Suppliers includingsupplier profiling, research,spend reviews, and othertasks as assigned

  
  

• Perform vendor-facing assessmentsincludingSLA reviews, business continuity plan reviews,contact updates, insurance certificate reviews, and other assessments as needed

  
  

• Manage and analyze supplier scorecards and surveys, ensuring proper measurement of supplier performanceandsentiment within the Enterprise

  
  

• Assistother TPMteam members andleaders withday-to-daysupplier management, supplierissue resolution, performance management, andother activities as needed

  
  

• Collaborate with sourcing teamsand other TPMsand business requesters toassistinsupplier performance management and negotiations as needed.

  
  

• Perform reporting and analysis on spend andsupplier portfolios as needed

  
  

• Perform analysis on expiring contracts, renewals, and other contract pipeline data as needed to support the business areas and strategic sourcing

  
  

• Execute terminations and non-renewals of supplier agreementsas needed, ensuringappropriate stepsaretaking tooffboard the supplier’s services

  
  

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

  
  

• Strongskills in understanding legal and commercial supplier contract terms and conditions

  
  

• Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.

  
  

• Strong time and project management skills.

  
  

• Broad knowledge of all aspects ofprocurementincluding onboarding,contracting,payment, andbasicoperations

  
  

Required Experience & Education:

• 5+Years of relevant experience 

  
  

• Contractingor vendor managementexperience within indirect procurement

  
  

• Experience with procurementorthird-partymanagementin an onshore/offshore model.

  
  

• College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.

  
  

• Exposure toThird Party Management systems such asProcessUnity,Ariba or similar Procurement systems,andIcertis or similar Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems

  
  

• Experience working with a matrix organization and other internal partners to execute on goals

  
  

• Experience in a broad range of indirect procurement categories such as health & wellness, business process outsourcing, technology, corporate services, and others

  
  

Desired Experience:  

• Experience inthe health-related fields such as health services, health insurance, pharmacy benefits management, andrelated fields

  
  

• Experience with HIPAA, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs),and other related US Healthcare concepts

  
  

• Experience with Purchase Order terminology and Procure-to-Pay processes and industry standards

  
  

• Coaching andmentoring ofteam members

  
  

• Industry certifications such as SIG, CSCP, CPM or similar

  
  

Location & Hours of Work

• Full-time position, working45hoursper week. Expectedshift is 1PM – 10PMIndia Standard Timeto partiallyoverlap with US hours as appropriate

  
  

• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
