  • Provide technical support operations across the organization, ensuring optimal performance and uptime of IT systems and services.

  • Install, configure, and support VPN connectivity for external client terminals through PSX LAN, fiber leased lines, and internet-based connections.
  • Perform hardware, software, and network diagnostics to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Support Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Exchange Server, and user account management activities.
  • Ensure endpoint security compliance, antivirus management, and system hardening practices.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patch deployments, backups, and recovery activities.
