Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to determine technical recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interview processes between candidates and internal teams.
Manage candidate communication and provide timely feedback throughout the recruitment cycle.
Negotiate offers and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain an organized applicant tracking system and generate recruitment metrics and reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role within the IT industry.
Strong understanding of various technical roles such as software development, QA, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
