Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 who will oversee and lead the customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics solutions across functional, technical, and integration layers. The ideal candidate will have deep cross-functional expertise across Finance, Operations, Delivery, or Customer Engagement modules, strong technical understanding of Dynamics architecture, and proven experience integrating D365 with external systems (on-premises and cloud).


Key Responsibilities:


Functional Leadership:


·Engage with business stakeholders to understand and translate business processes into D365 capabilities.


·Lead functional workshops for requirements gathering and solution design.


·Oversee configuration and customization of modules like Projects, Finance (ERP), Sales, Customer Service and HR


·Own the functional roadmap, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to align Dynamics capabilities with strategic goals.


Technical Oversight:


·Provide architectural guidance on system design, custom development, workflows, and extensions within Dynamics 365.


·Review and validate solution architecture, integrations, and data models to ensure scalability and maintainability.


·Guide the technical team in performance optimization, code quality, and deployment best practices.


Integration Management:


·Lead the planning and execution of end-to-end integrations with ERP, CRM, third-party apps, and legacy systems using Azure services, Power Platform, APIs, and middleware.


·Manage data migration, synchronization, and master data governance.


·Ensure robust security and compliance across all integrated platforms.


Project and Team Management:


·Lead and manage cross-functional Dynamics implementation/upgrade projects.


·Collaborate with Microsoft partners, vendors, and internal teams.


·Mentor and develop internal functional and technical teams.


·Track KPIs, budgets, timelines, and ensure project governance.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


·Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.


·8–10 years of total experience with 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or Business Central).


·Proven expertise in at least two Dynamics modules and knowledge of end-to-end business processes.


·Strong understanding of D365 architecture, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, Data Lake, Logic Apps, Dataverse, and custom connectors.


·Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), DevOps, version control, and solution management.


·Demonstrated ability to lead complex implementations, drive adoption, and manage stakeholders at multiple levels.

·Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate


·Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert


·Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect
