Job Overview: OneIT is hiring Order Management functional expert at System Analyst, Staff level to support and enhance enterprise Order Management (OM) systems. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant processing of customer orders across the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) lifecycle.



The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, system implementation, and production system support. Previous experience in System analysis or software configuration or development is a must, with experience in AI, Automation solutions and SQL is a huge plus. The Systems Analyst will work within Qualcomm’s global IT organization, collaborating with a distributed team of business stakeholders, system analysts, administrators and developers to design, build, and maintain enterprise applications across multiple cloud and custom platforms. The role involves gathering and translating business requirements into well‑architected system design, designing custom functionality, supporting daily operations, and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality implementations. Strong communication, professionalism, and integrity are essential, along with the ability to work independently and within a global team. All employees are expected to actively support diversity across the organization.



Job Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Support Order Management processes including order entry, validation, booking, holds, backorders, pricing, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
  • Support integrations between Order Management and related systems such as Customer Master, Item Master, Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Participate in testing activities including system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Maintain functional documentation, operating procedures, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams.
  • Execute day‑to‑day support activities under guidance.
  • Troubleshoot basic order processing issues.
  • Assist in testing, documentation, and data validation.


Minimum Skills and Qualifications 



  • Minimum of 8 years of experience and at least 4-6 years in enterprise applications like Oracle, SAP or similar, especially in Order Management, Sales Operations domain.
  • 4+ years of experience delivering technical implementations or system analysis for customer projects.
  • 2+ years of experience administering enterprise applications in a large corporate environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Understanding databases such as Oracle.
  • Experience with object modeling and a solid understanding of database concepts, Detail oriented and able to independently follow up on action items and commit to deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems or enterprise applications.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with B2B order automation, CPQ, or pricing integrations
  • Exposure to ERP transformation programs (Oracle EBS → Fusion, SAP S/4HANA) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or reporting tools
  • Oracle or SAP functional certifications
  • Understanding of GenAI and LLM is a plus.
