General Summary:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for UI, API, and data layers.
• Identify quality gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas across applications, pipelines, and systems.
• Build and implement AI‑powered agentic approaches (AI agents that analyze, decide, and act) to enhance QA processes such as test generation, defect triage, root‑cause analysis, and test optimization.
• Leverage Generative AI / LLMs for intelligent test case creation, exploratory testing, test maintenance, and documentation.
• Integrate AI‑based solutions into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback loops.
• Apply AI for self‑healing automation, flaky test detection, impact analysis, and regression optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, DevOps, and Data teams to ensure end‑to‑end quality.
• Ensure test strategy alignment with business goals, scalability, security, and performance standards.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote AI‑first quality engineering practices.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Work with other team members around the globe (US, India, etc...), to provide required support.
CORE QA & AUTOMATION
• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering / Test Automation.
• Strong hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Solid experience in API testing (REST/GraphQL) using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
AI & AGENTIC CAPABILITIES
• Hands‑on experience using AI/ML or Generative AI in test automation or QA workflows.
• Ability to design agentic AI approaches by identifying system gaps and delegating intelligent tasks to AI agents.
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, etc.), prompt engineering, or AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
• Ability to apply AI for test creation, prioritization, defect analysis, root‑cause detection, and automation optimization.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence quality practices across teams.
