Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator Level 3 with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, patch management , and deep infrastructure/network troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and securing our enterprise systems and ensuring high availability across all infrastructure components.
Key Responsibilities Cloud & Identity Management Administer, configure, and optimize Microsoft Azure services including VMs, storage, networking, identity, and security.
Manage Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) including conditional access policies, SSO, MFA, identity governance, and role-based access.
Design, deploy, and maintain Intune/Endpoint Manager policies for device compliance, security baselines, app deployment, and autopilot provisioning.
Microsoft 365 Administration Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and M365 security/compliance center.
Implement and enforce M365 governance, retention policies, and DLP standards.
On-Premises Infrastructure Maintain and support Active Directory , GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and domain controllers.
Manage and troubleshoot virtualized environments (Hyper-V or VMware).
Oversee patch management for servers, endpoints, and cloud environments.
Network & Infrastructure Troubleshooting Provide advanced L3 support for network, server, and endpoint issues.
Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, authentication, and security incidents.
Collaborate with network/security teams on complex problems and escalations.
Security & Compliance Implement best practices for system hardening, identity protection, and endpoint security.
Monitor system performance, audit logs, and security alerts to ensure compliance.
Project Implementation Lead initiatives related to cloud adoption, modernization, and infrastructure upgrades.
Document technical processes, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5–8+ years of hands-on system administration experience.
Industry certifications preferred: Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect, MD-102, MS-700, ITIL, VMware/Hyper-V certifications .
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills) Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations (Microsoft 365 / Entra ID).
Hands-on experience with file server to SharePoint Online migration using migration tools.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
Experience with backup/recovery solutions and monitoring tools.
Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability for complex, multi-layered systems.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global IT team.
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and customer focus.
