An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in plant or industrial maintenance with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, PLC systems, electrical systems, and industrial machinery is required.
Key Competencies:
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
· Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
· Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
· Maintain maintenance schedules, logs, and technical documentation for all plant equipment.
· Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across maintenance activities.
· Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs, servicing, or replacements.
· Support the installation, commissioning, and upgrading of new machinery and systems.
