About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer / Data Analytics Lead to design and implement scalable enterprise data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, and automation, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive data-driven decision-making initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services

• Build and optimize enterprise-level Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models

• Develop robust data models and perform DAX optimization for enhanced reporting performance

• Implement and manage Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architectures

• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards across BI environments

Automation & Power Platform

• Develop workflow automation solutions using Power Automate

• Integrate business processes with Power Platform applications to improve operational efficiency

• Support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives

AI/ML & Advanced Analytics

• Support AI/ML-driven analytics initiatives and predictive analytics use cases

• Collaborate with teams to integrate intelligent insights into reporting and business operations

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

• Contribute to data governance frameworks and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related domains

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric

• Expertise in Power BI, DAX optimization, and semantic modeling

• Experience with Azure Data Services including ADF, Synapse, and Data Lake

• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and enterprise data architecture

• Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation

• Familiarity with AI/ML integration in data solutions is a plus

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
