Specialist Corporate Communication is responsible for planning, executing, and managing internal and external communication strategies.

The role requires close coordination with internal teams, external partners, and media stakeholders, and reports directly to the Head of Corporate Communication.
What does Specialist Corporate Communication do?
Stakeholder & Media Relations • Assist in managing relationships with media outlets, PR agencies, and other key stakeholders.
• Support in drafting press releases, media advisories and corporate announcements.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports for management.
Internal Communication • Support in creating and rolling out internal communication campaigns to engage employees.
• Draft newsletters, internal announcements, and leadership messages to ensure alignment across the organization.
• Coordinate with teams to strengthen employee branding initiatives.
Content Development • Assist in drafting speeches, talking points, articles, and thought-leadership pieces for senior leadership.
• Create content for digital channels (website, intranet, social media) ensuring consistency with brand and corporate messaging.
• Proofread and review content to maintain clarity, tone, and accuracy.
Agency Collaboration • Work closely with PR and digital agencies to brief them on communication objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, media placements, and creative assets.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Event & Campaign Support • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, press conferences, and CSR activities.
• Support cross-functional teams in communication-related aspects of campaigns or initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of messaging across external and internal channels.
Crisis Communication • Support the team in managing sensitive communication and crisis situations.
• Monitor news and social channels to identify and report potential issues.
• Assist in drafting holding statements and FAQs.
Reporting & Analysis • Monitor communication KPIs (reach, engagement, sentiment).

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate communication, PR, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Urdu proficiency is a plus).
