We currently have three openings for this role: Two full-time positions Work Arrangement: This is primarily an in-person role .
During the 90-day probationary period , the role is required to be fully in-office .

About the Role We are seeking a Associate to Mid-Level Software Engineer to help design and build an internal tool that will streamline operations and improve team efficiency.
This role focuses on building a new tool in programming languages like goLang that will help in reducing manual processes, and transforming workflows into a reliable, scalable internal application.
You will work closely with product, operations, and engineering leadership to translate internal needs into practical, well-designed technical solutions.
Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain an internal software tool from concept through deployment Extend and enhance existing Python-based scripts to improve automation and reliability Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and refine workflows Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and APIs Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability Contribute to technical and architectural decisions appropriate for a small internal product Requirements 1–2 years of professional software engineering experience Strong proficiency in at least one backend or full-stack language (goLang, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar) Experience building web applications, internal tools, or dashboards Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and basic system design Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role Strong communication skills and comfort working with non-technical stakeholders Ability to overlap working hours with Pacific Standard Time Nice to Have Experience with workflow automation or internal admin tools Experience working in small teams or startup environments What We Offer Opportunity to own and shape a meaningful internal product Collaborative, low-bureaucracy environment Competitive hourly or part-time compensation (commensurate with experience)
