SEO Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Executive with a strong focus on Programmatic SEO to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in optimizing large-scale websites, particularly classifieds or e-commerce platforms, through data-driven and automated SEO strategies. In an era where Large Language Models (LLMs) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are reshaping the digital landscape, we are seeking a professional who can leverage these advancements to drive substantial organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing keyword research, clustering, and expansion to identify high-value opportunities across landing pages.
  Work with the product and development teams to implement SEO-first templates and scalable content structures for classifieds at scale.
• Ensure crawl efficiency and indexation control for millions of dynamically generated pages, minimizing duplication and maximizing organic visibility.
  Conduct regular technical SEO audits (crawling, indexing, rendering, canonicalization, Core Web Vitals) and collaborate with developers to fix issues.
• Adapt SEO strategy to align with AI-powered search (SGE, LLMs, entity optimization, AEO) to stay future-ready.
• Track SEO performance using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio, and provide weekly/monthly insights.
• Monitor competitors (both local and global marketplaces) to identify SEO gaps and replicate successful strategies.
• Collaborate with content and editorial teams to align landing pages, guides, and blogs with transactional and informational user intent.
• Identify high-quality backlink opportunities to strengthen domain authority.
• Run A/B tests and controlled experiments to validate SEO hypotheses and document learnings.
• Stay updated on search algorithm changes, AI trends, and emerging SERP features, and proactively adjust strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven SEO experience (preferably with e-commerce, marketplace, or classifieds websites).
• Strong knowledge of programmatic SEO and handling large-scale sites with dynamic templates.
• Familiarity with LLM-driven search trends, SGE, and AEO strategies.
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, and Data Studio.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS rendering basics, and ability to work with developers on SEO-first solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL/Python is a plus).
• Growth mindset: ability to experiment, test, and adapt strategies quickly in a fast-changing SEO landscape.
• Deep understanding of E-E-A-T, topical authority, and semantic SEO, ability to structure content around entities and intent clusters to strengthen credibility and visibility in AI-driven search.
