  • State Management: Implement efficient state management strategies in Blazor (e.g., Fluxor, Blazor State, or Cascading Parameters) to handle complex application flows.
  • Authentication & Security: Implement security best practices including JWT authentication, OAuth 2.0, IdentityServer, and role-based authorization within Blazor components.
  • Code Quality: Write unit tests (xUnit/NUnit) and integration tests. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to SOLID principles and design patterns.
  • Performance Tuning: Optimize Blazor Server circuit management, reduce WASM download size, and implement virtualization for large datasets.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Core: 5+ years of experience in C# and .NET Core / .NET 5/6/7/8.
  • Front-End (Blazor): 3+ years of hands-on experience with Blazor (Server and/or WASM).
  • Deep understanding of the Blazor component lifecycle (OnInitializedAsync, OnParametersSet, etc.).
  • Experience with JS Interop to call JavaScript libraries from Blazor.
  • Knowledge of Razor syntax, layout components, and templating.
  • Web Standards: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind, and JavaScript (ES6).
  • APIs: Deep experience with ASP.NET Core Web API, Swagger/OpenAPI, and RESTful design principles.
  • Data: Proficient in SQL Server or PostgreSQL. Expertise in Entity Framework Core (LINQ, Migrations, Performance tuning).
  • Tooling: Experience with Visual Studio 2022, Git (GitFlow), and Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions (CI/CD).
  • Architecture: Understanding of Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS patterns.
Nice to Have
