Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The candidate should be proficient in full-cycle development, capable of leading modules independently, and collaborating closely with product, UI/UX, and backend teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express
  • Develop responsive, reusable UI components using React.js, Hooks, Redux/Context API
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams
  • Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards
Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Skills (Mandatory)
  • 5–8 years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Express.js
  • Solid hands-on experience with React.js, including Hooks and state management (Redux/Context)
  • Experience working with MongoDB and NoSQL database design
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JWT-based authentication, and authorization
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind or Material UI
  • Version control using Git / GitHub / GitLab
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Good to Have
  • Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP cloud environments
  • Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture
  • Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
