Job Title: Senior Integration Engineer

As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will be the architect of our data connectivity. We are looking for a technical specialist who excels at building robust, scalable, and real-time data pipelines. You will lead the design and implementation of event-driven architectures and ensure our disparate systems communicate seamlessly to support our rapid business growth. The ideal candidate has a deep mastery of Apache Kafka and a solid background in enterprise integration patterns using industry-standard iPaaS or ESB platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high-throughput, low-latency data integration pipelines using Apache Kafka.
• Implement event-driven microservices and streaming applications to support real-time business requirements.
• Bridge the gap between modern cloud-native applications and legacy enterprise systems using middleware and API-led connectivity.
• Monitor and optimize Kafka clusters for 24/7 availability while managing Schema Registry and data contract security.
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain clear technical documentation for integration flows and system architecture.
  

Must Have Skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in backend development or integration engineering.
• Proven experience with Apache Kafka, including Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, and Schema Registry.
• Strong programming skills in a modern language like Java, Scala, or Python.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and GraphQL, with expertise in handling JSON, Avro, Protobuf, and XML.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Ability to explain complex technical integration patterns to stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
