Vanguard Matrix Inc., is a Canadian software company that provide custom software development, ready-made products, consultancy and outsourcing services.
This position will work closely with various engineering teams, customer support, product management and our partners to build, drive, and implement end to end Quality Assurance objectives & processes.
• Develop End to End, System Test Plan, UAT (User Acceptance Test) plans & Strategies by learning all our Products & Services and execute those tests in the lab and in the field through functional, integration and load/stress testing.
• Develop Automated & Load/Stress Tests with commercial tools.
• Work closely with cross functional team members (developers, product management, customer support, and partners) to prevent, report and resolve product & design defects.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree preferably in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering with 4-7 years of experience in a QA testing role.
• Experience in Automation/Script development tools.
• Understanding of various Software Development Life Cycles (primarily Agile/Scrum).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment where priorities and projects may change more often.
• Quick learner and able to take initiative to improve products, tools and processes.
