Senior Python Engineer

As we continue to grow, we are currently looking for Python Engineers.You will work closely with the Engineering Manager.Product Analyst's/Managers to refine user stories and requirements and identify,prioritize and execute tasks within the software development lifecycle. 

• Develop and maintain Python applications

  
  

• Design and deliver reliable, readable, and maintainable code

  
  

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

  
  

• Implement new features, perform code reviews, provide technical support, and resolve bugs

  
  

• Contribute to system architecture design and create technical documentation

  
  

• Actively participate in code reviews and help improve overall engineering standards

  
  

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, both verbally and in writing, regarding technical solutions and project progress
  

  
  

Our tech-stack is continually evolving but to give you a flavour of what we’re currently working with here are some of the tools we use;Languages:PythonTools:Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, cloud AWS, Grafana, Firebase

Methodologies:Agile, Scrum; we have 14 day sprints and SU are held online using Slack

• At least 4-5 years of experienceas Software Developer.
  Should have an experience withfintech processesand big plusknowledge of cards issuing/processing.
  Clean coding methodologies (SOLID, YAGNI).
  Fluency inSQL, Python, Unix/bash scripting.
  Ability to write easily understandable and maintainable code in multiple programming languages.
  Experience with SQL databases {PostgreSQL, MySQL}.
  Good understanding and working knowledge ofDjango.
  Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
  Experience in working in cross-functional teams is an advantage.
  Exellent communication skills.
