We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager with deep expertise in the Oracle ecosystem to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.



The ideal candidate will bring:



  • 15+ years of IT experience
  • Strong leadership maturity
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs

Exposure to the Life Sciences domain (pharma, biotech, medical devices, or healthcare IT) is highly desirable, especially within regulated environments requiring compliance and data integrity (e.g., GxP).



This role also demands strong financial governance capabilities, including budgeting, cost control, and ROI tracking.



Key Responsibilities1. Project & Program Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle-based IT transformation programs
  • Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Define governance structures, timelines, milestones, and KPIs
  • Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
2. Oracle Technology Oversight
  • Drive implementation, upgrades, and integrations across:
    • Oracle ERP
    • Oracle Cloud
    • Oracle Financials
    • Oracle SCM
  • Collaborate with architects, functional teams, and developers
  • Ensure scalable, compliant, and high-quality solutions
3. Stakeholder & Executive Management
  • Act as a key interface between business, IT, and finance stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and financials
  • Engage senior leadership with clear and structured communication
4. Financial & Budget Management
  • Manage large-scale project budgets
  • Track costs, forecast spending, and control financial performance
  • Partner with finance teams on:
    • ROI analysis
    • Investment justification
    • Financial reporting
5. Life Sciences & Regulatory Compliance
  • Understand and align with regulatory frameworks such as:
    • GxP
    • Validation processes
    • Data integrity standards
  • Ensure project deliverables meet compliance and quality requirements
6. Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams including:
    • Developers
    • Business Analysts
    • QA teams
    • External vendors
  • Mentor junior project managers and delivery leads
  • Foster collaboration and accountability
7. Risk & Compliance Management
  • Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure adherence to:
    • Enterprise governance
    • Security standards
    • Regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of IT experience with strong project management background
  • 8+ years of proven experience managing Oracle-based enterprise programs
  • 5+ years of experience delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Strong understanding of:

    • Budgeting and cost governance
  • Experience working with global teams and vendors
  • Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills
