* Lead the architecture , design and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools like Lightning flow creation
* Lead the guide the offshore team and be the single point of contact for the scrum team

* Support production releases, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing enhancements
* Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
* Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous platform improvements
* Stay updated with Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend feature adoption
* 4 to 20 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
* Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce lightning Flows
* Experience working with Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , Financial Services Cloud , Experience Cloud and Field Service Lightning
* Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, user access, and governor limits
* Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
* Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes
* Coding skill using Salesforce recommended IDE like VSCode.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working with global teams and overlapping US time zones
* Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator, JavaScript Developer I and atleast 3 Salesforce architect certifications.
* 5 to 10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
* Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce lightning Flows
* Experience working with Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , Financial Services Cloud , Experience Cloud and Field Service Lightning
* Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, user access, and governor limits
* Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
* Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes
