Your Mission Design and deploy production-ready AI agents and automations that operate 24/7 across X UP Brands — reducing manual work, improving decision-making, and connecting our systems into a single intelligent operating layer.
What You Will Build Persistent internal AI agents (e.
g. “Clawbot”) with access to approved internal data Automations for: Product Research & Development Creative briefs, feedback loops, and QA Amazon PPC insights & anomaly detection SEO keyword clustering & listing optimization Inventory forecasting & reorder alerts Daily / weekly reporting dashboards API integrations across Amazon, Shopify, internal tools, and data sources Event-driven systems that surface issues proactively PTO: 10 Paid Days Off + 10 Paid National Holidays Annual Company Trip Incentives Performance bonuses tied to: Automations shipped Time saved Systems adopted Clear growth path: Senior → Lead AI Systems Architect Ownership over AI roadmap Required Experience (Must-Have) 4–6+ years building production software or automation systems Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.
