JOB TITLE



Section Manager | Islamabad, Pakistan 



Role Purpose:



The Section Manager is responsible for implementing quality, range and freshness standards of offered goods to attract customers in order to achieve the set sales targets. The role holder is also responsible for exceptional customer service is delivered within the section




Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:



  • Drive sales performance by ensuring optimal product quality, assortment, and freshness to enhance customer satisfaction and meet commercial targets.
  • Analyze and monitor competitor activities, including pricing, product range, and promotions, to maintain a strong competitive position in the market.
  • Develop and implement effective promotional strategies in coordination with suppliers to reinforce the department’s value-driven image.
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including stock control, ordering, and timely replenishment, to minimize stockouts and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to pricing policies, planograms, and merchandising standards to optimize product visibility and profitability.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and security standards to safeguard employees, customers, and company assets.
  • Lead and supervise the team to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold company standards, and promote continuous improvement in operational performance.

Minimum Qualifications/education:



  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the retail industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or operational leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Proficient presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
