We are currently seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Salesforce Data Cloud Architect – Hands-on Data 360 Solution Architect

Seeking a hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Architect with 8–12+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem and 2–4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience. Candidate must have strong practical experience with DLOs, DMOs, data streams, data mapping, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and activation. Experience with Member Number / external ID based identity models, Party Identification mapping, and Salesforce CRM activation is required. The consultant should be able to review the current model, validate the unified profile design, adjust mappings/rulesets, and troubleshoot end-to-end Data Cloud issues. This is not an advisory-only role; the person must be comfortable working hands-to-keyboard in Salesforce Data Cloud. Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, customer 360, and cross-sell/marketing activation use cases is preferred. Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Salesforce Data 360
• Experience designing and implementing Data Cloud data models
• Strong knowledge of DLOs, DMOs, data streams, mappings, and relationships
• Hands-on experience with identity resolution rulesets
• Experience building Unified Individual Profiles
• Experience with Profile Explorer
• Experience creating segments and activation flows
• Experience activating Data Cloud audiences or data back into Salesforce CRM
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ID, external source IDs, party identification, and business identity keys
• Ability to troubleshoot mapping, unification, and activation issues
• Ability to review an existing implementation and recommend whether to reuse, refactor, or rebuild
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification
• Salesforce Data Architect or Sharing and Visibility Architect certification
• Experience working with marketing, cross-sell, upsell, or customer engagement use cases
• Experience integrating third-party or custom source systems into Salesforce Data Cloud
• Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and data lake architecture
• Experience with MuleSoft, APIs, Snowflake, or other enterprise data platforms is a plus
