Onboarding & Training- Oversee onboarding and ramp-up for new sales hires

Sales Operations & Pipeline Management- Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates
- Analyze performance data and implement improvements at each stage
- Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and data tracking
- Prepare reports and forecasts for leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work with Marketing to align campaigns and lead generation efforts
- Partner with leadership on forecasting and strategic planning
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success for smooth handoffs
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of leading teams and hitting revenue targets
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle (prospecting → closing)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours
Nice to Have- Experience developing sales training programs or enablement materials
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or service-based industries
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management experience
