Inbox Business Technologies Limited is seeking a highly experienced and market-driven Sales Head – North to lead enterprise ICT sales operations across the North region.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving multi-million-dollar annual revenues, strengthening enterprise relationships, and expanding our footprint within key verticals ; particularly the Telecom, Enterprise, Government and Financial Services Industry (FSI).
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Huawei Products and Services Portfolio with focus on the Enterprise Business Group (EBG) products, including Network, Storage, and Cloud solutions, along with a strong reputation and foothold in the Islamabad/North market.
Employment Type: Full-time employment Responsibilities Strategic Sales Leadership Lead and drive enterprise ICT sales strategy for the North region Develop and execute structured sales plans aligned with company revenue targets Build long-term market positioning within  the Telecom, Government, Enterprise/Commercial and FSI sectors Drive consistent multi-million-dollar revenue closures annually Enterprise & Account Management Manage high-value enterprise accounts across North region Develop strong executive-level relationships within Telecom, Government, Enterprise/Commercial and FSI sectors Identify new business opportunities and expand existing account penetration Ensure structured opportunity management and accurate forecasting Huawei Product and Services Portfolio Lead sales engagements and prospects mainly for Huawei Product and Services portfolio including: Enterprise Networking Solutions Data Center & Storage Solutions Cloud & Hybrid Cloud Solutions Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to design competitive proposals Position Huawei enterprise solutions strategically within target accounts Revenue & Performance Management Deliver multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets consistently over last 3 years Manage full enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure Oversee commercial negotiations and contract finalization Maintain strong pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy Market & Competitive Intelligence Monitor technology trends, ICT market dynamics, and competitor positioning Strengthen Inbox’s brand and presence within the North ICT ecosystem Represent the company in industry engagements and enterprise forums Minimum 15 years of relevant ICT enterprise sales experience Proven enterprise sales leadership experience within North region (Islamabad preferred) Heavy hands-on experience selling Huawei Products and Services Portfolio (Network, Storage, Cloud) Strong established relationships within Telecom, Government, Enterprise/Commercial in North Demonstrated track record of landing multi-million-dollar annual revenue consistently over last 3 to 5 years minimum Strong executive presence and structured communication skills Ability to manage complex enterprise negotiations and high-value deals Strategic, structured, and result-oriented mindset   Educational Background BBA or Engineering degree (mandatory) MBA or Master’s degree preferred Business or Engineering academic background   Preferred Attributes Strong repute in North ICT enterprise market Experience handling government and large enterprise clients Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex sales engagements Strong forecasting discipline and pipeline governance Experience working in high-performance, target-driven environments Equal Opportunity & Inclusion We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
