Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, preferably with a focus on the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, including terminology, trends, and key stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-driven and highly motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales outreach tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organized and focused on results.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with real estate technology platforms (PropTech) or related solutions.
A network of contacts within the real estate industry is a plus.
Familiarity with real estate lead generation and nurturing strategies.
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps .
Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps .
Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor.
A minimum of 8 GB RAM .
Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
Must be functional during power interruptions.
Peripherals and Workspace: A functioning webcam .
