JOB TITLE: Sales Development Executive (Entry Level) PURPOSE:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as the first point of contact for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). The role focuses on engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline by booking high-quality meetings. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Engage prospects via email, calls, and other communication channels.
  • Pre-qualify leads based on responses, requirements, and business fit.
  • Share relevant marketing materials, company experience, and industry insights.
  • Clearly communicate pricing details and value propositions.
  • Nurture prospects to schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Conduct follow-ups and warm outreach to re-engage unresponsive leads.
  • Accurately record all interactions and updates in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Maintain consistent pipeline activity and ensure timely lead progression.
  • Work under pressure to meet and exceed defined KPIs and performance targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, especially AI and technology, to enhance prospect conversations.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
WORK SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS:
  • This is a fully onsite role based in Lahore.
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Occasional overlap with the US timezone (1–2 hours) may be required on a need basis (prior notice will be given).
