Coordination of the internal documentation to provide information in the most efficient way.
Archiving of information as defined in the procedures. (Information such as, but not limited to: OEM technical referential, documents related to customers' requirements, Safran, Authorities).



The objectives of the function are achieved through the following core tasks:
Acquiring Information
• Processes internal requests to provide certain information.
• Contacts various information suppliers (publishers, manufacturers, and customers) to ensure the availability of this information.
• Collaborates with the purchasing department to place orders within his/her work area (information, stamps, etc.).
• Proposes improvement actions regarding the management of information and qualifications.
Providing Information
• Ensures information is made available to the user and proposes improvement actions in this regard.
• Informs and supports users to access and ensure the availability of the provided information.
• Manages the archiving of information in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Organizes the digitization of certain information within the specified timeframe.
Access/License Management
• Monitors the accesses of operational staff and takes necessary steps if they are about to expire.
• Prepares internal licenses and distributes them after validation.



• Autonomous and rigourous.
• Organizes, controls, and distributes his/her work independently and refers to the hierarchy in case of problems.
• Independently requests information and documentation from various suppliers based on internal client requests.
• Formulates ideas for improving the operation of the department/function.
