As a Reporting & Data Management Specialist, you’ll be a key contributor within the Development team, designing and delivering scalable, data-driven solutions for both internal teams and clients.
This role blends advanced reporting and analytics, data architecture, integration, and governance with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor—guiding stakeholders from problem definition through solution delivery—while ensuring the reliability, security, and long-term health of the data ecosystem.
Responsibilities: Consulting & Solution Architecture • Partnering with stakeholders to define business problems and design effective data solutions • Architecting data models and reporting solutions that balance accuracy, scalability, performance, and cost • Recommending tools, integrations, and architectures aligned to both business goals and technical constraints • Influencing data standards and strategy through thoughtful design, documentation, and education Reporting & Analytics • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality reports, dashboards, and metrics that enable operational and strategic decision-making.
• Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non technical audiences • Ensure reporting solutions are accurate, performant, and aligned with business objectives.
• Establishing and promoting reporting best practices and standards Data Management & Governance • Manage, maintain, and ensure the integrity, security, and reliability of internal data systems.
• Maintain and enforce data quality, governance, and access standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for data platforms and reporting solutions.
Data Integration & Warehousing • Architect, implement, and support data integration pipelines across multiple systems.
• Design and maintain data warehouses and centralized data models that support analytics and reporting.
• Optimize data flows and storage structures for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Ensure consistency and traceability of data from source systems through reporting layers.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data architecture, reporting capabilities and operational efficiency • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline business processes • Stay current with Microsoft data and analytics platforms and recommending enhancements Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, data management, or related roles, with demonstrated progression in scope and responsibility Demonstrated experience executing data and reporting initiatives from concept through delivery, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions, including acting as consultant and solution architect, estimating effort, identifying risks, ability to evaluate tradeoffs and recommend practical solutions, and adjusting approach to ensure successful project outcomes Strong background in data management, including data quality, governance, and system integrity Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric with expertiese in data integration and data warehousing concepts involving multiple data sources and platforms, including designing and supporting ETL/ELT processes and integrating structured data for analytics and reporting Advanced experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, performance tuning, and data modeling Demonstrated expertise with Power BI, including semantic models, DAX, and performance optimization Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work based on business impact and urgency Proven ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership Experience documenting solutions, assumptions, and decisions to support long-term maintainability and knowledge transfer Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting managed services or multi-client environments Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate Experience designing or maintaining data warehouses or centralized analytics platforms Experience with financial reporting and analytics Exposure to data governance frameworks and security best practices Experience mentoring junior team members or providing technical leadership Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent professional experience
