Gen-E Project Planner Graduate – Pakistan
As a Project Planner Graduate, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment supporting end-to-end project planning activities for network rollout projects. Your responsibilities will evolve based on business needs and assignments, covering operational, financial, resource, supplier, and material planning, along with project documentation, performance reporting, analytics, governance, and compliance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, managing internal and external stakeholders while contributing to the successful delivery of projects in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
We are looking for:
• Graduates who have completed their degree (4 years of university education) by 2025
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management/AI
• 0–1 year of total experience
• Strong technical foundation (coding, tools/software development, database administration, automation)
• Demonstrated interest in project planning, project management, and communications/network rollout
What you will bring:
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail and process discipline
• Effective stakeholder management with clear communication and strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening skills
• Collaborative and inclusive mindset with the ability to influence, manage change, and handle sensitive data responsibly
• High motivation to perform in a fast-paced, continuously evolving, high-performance environment
• Strong behavioral competencies: learning agility, adaptability, planning & organizing, delivering results, following procedures, and influencing
• Basic understanding of project financials and operational governance
• Interest in analytics and data handling (Excel, KPIs, trend/variance analysis) with ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, chat-based AI) for reporting and documentation
