Role Overview: X Up Brands is hiring a Product Design Specialist to help us build better products than the competition across our ecommerce and Amazon brands.
This role is responsible for turning product opportunities into clear concepts, improved designs, factory-ready instructions, and better final products.
You will work closely with leadership, product development, design, sourcing, and factories to help create products that are more functional, more differentiated, and more premium than what already exists in the market.
We are looking for someone who can help bring structure, speed, and creative thinking to product development — someone who can take rough ideas, improve them, visualize them clearly, and help move them toward production.
