Devsinc is seeking a Product Analyst to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of hospitality data and integration products.
This mid-level role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience implementing Property Management Systems (PMS) and integrating them with finance, payment gateways, and booking systems for hotels.
The Product Analyst will work closely with product managers, engineers, and implementation teams to identify, acquire, and validate data necessary for delivering analytics, reconciliation, and correction capabilities through data platforms.
Responsibilities Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and document requirements for data integration between PMS, finance, payment, and booking systems.
Discover and extract required data through APIs, reports (standard or custom), or UI scraping.
Map and validate data fields to support data flow consistency across backend systems and applications.
Support product development by ensuring accurate data acquisition and integrity for analytics and reporting products.
Analyze customer workflows and system configurations to identify integration or data quality issues.
Collaborate with implementation and QA teams to test and confirm successful data integration in customer environments.
Prepare clear specifications, diagrams, and documentation for cross-functional technical understanding.
Contribute to product improvements by providing feedback on data quality, usability, and performance.
3–5 years of experience in product analysis, system implementation, or integration roles within hospitality or fintech technology.
Hands-on experience implementing or integrating Property Management Systems (PMS) with financial, reservation, or payment systems.
Familiarity with hospitality system data structures, APIs, and reporting interfaces.
Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical data integration needs.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and an understanding of data reconciliation and validation techniques.
Utilizing AI tools to efficiently perform role tasks.
Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable working collaboratively within cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
Excellent English communication skills and customer service handling.
Exposure to enterprise SaaS or hospitality data products.
Experience with tools for API testing (e.
g., Postman), data mapping, or ETL workflows.
Knowledge of basic SQL or scripting to extract and manipulate data.
Awareness of data compliance and security considerations within hospitality systems (e.
g., GDPR). Familiarity with Agile development environments.
Ability to develop SOPs for manual performance of tasks prior to automation.
