The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Procore software, a solid foundation in construction processes and finance, and a strong willingness and aptitude to learn and grow with our company.
Experience with API integrations or a desire to develop skills in that area is highly valued.
Job Responsibilities: Serve as an internal Procore specialist to handle onboarding and offboarding, as well as troubleshooting user-related problems and integration-related errors Assist with uploading budgets and WBS structures to projects Assist with updating and creating SOP documentation, setting up and updating training within Talent LMS including updating PowerPoint documents and recorded trainings Assign and monitor training within Talent LMS identifying areas of non-compliance Field an internal Jira queue to assign tickets to appropriate owners Assist with creating Business Requirements Documentation and Timelines to complete larger integration projects 3-5 years of hands-on experience using Procore in a professional setting Familiarity with construction project management and financial workflows (budgeting, invoicing, commitments, change orders, etc.
) Demonstrated technical aptitude and a strong desire to learn new tools and systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Nice to Have: Experience with Procore API or similar software platforms Exposure to or interest in working with APIs and basic integration concepts (JSON, endpoints, webhooks, etc.
) Background in construction accounting or finance systems
