Job Title: Portfolio Analyst Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM PKT (aligned with US hours) Location: Lahore / Islamabad Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and refining portfolio-level financial models, delivering on debt and tax-equity investor reporting requirements, and managing a solar company's operating portfolio of photovoltaic and battery storage assets.
You will collaborate closely with teams from capital markets, project accounting, FP&A, regulatory, land and stakeholder management, customer success, and operations.

Key Responsibilities Build and enhance portfolio-level financial models to support budgets, reforecasts, and decision-making.
Conduct budget-to-actual variance analysis at the project level and share insights with operational teams.

Prepare comprehensive reporting packages and deliverables for investors and lenders.
Collaborate with operations to ensure delivery of key alerts and reduce portfolio risks.
Develop and maintain data infrastructure to analyze key drivers such as energy rates, production, and other performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills Experience & Education 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Experience in renewables, energy, or infrastructure is preferred but not required.
Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, dashboards, and sensitivity analysis (must-have).
Experience working with large datasets and querying databases.
Strong data visualization skills (must-have).
Familiarity with SQL, Power Query, Python, or SigmaXL is a plus.
Experience with ERP systems (e.
g., NetSuite) preferred.
Excellent analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present insights.
Highly organized with superior time management skills.
