Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure they are purposeful and time-boxed.
* Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Scrum teams, promoting Agile values, principles, and best practices.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment with business goals.
* Identify, track, and remove impediments to protect the team's focus and maintain steady delivery flow.
* Monitor and report on team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) and drive data-informed improvements.
* Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure smooth cross-team collaboration.
* Support adoption and continuous improvement of Agile/SAFe practices across the team or program level.
* Facilitate effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making within the team and with stakeholders.
* Encourage a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and feedback to enhance team maturity and delivery quality.
* Knowledge of more than one technology
* Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
* Knowledge of Testing tools
* Knowledge of agile methodologies
* Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
* Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
* Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
* Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
* Good understanding of the technology and domain
* Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods
* Awareness of latest technologies and trends
* Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
