Key Responsibilities:


  • Plastic Product Design and develop, Mold design/Knowledge.
  • Concept generations for NPD Projects.
  • Create 3D models, engineering drawings, and specifications
  • Perform tolerance analysis, DFMEA, and design reviews
  • Experience of DFM & DFA for the parts developed.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including manufacturing, testing, and quality
  • Conduct feasibility studies and propose design improvements
  • Ensure designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Support prototype build, testing, and validation activities
  • Troubleshoot engineering issues and provide effective solutions


Required Skills:


  • Should have worked on Concept and Detail design having knowledge of Plastic/ Sheet metal parts
  • Should have good knowledge of Consumer Products/Automotive / Medical products
  • DFMEA skills
  • Well versed with Tolerance Analysis
  • Good knowledge of GD & T.
  • Closely work with Lead Engineer, developing the System requirements into proven functions with the right quality with in minimum time and with cost-effective solutions.
  • Known for quality excellence and as per design standard
  • Ability to assemble parts to ensure the finished product is in processes right product


Desired Skills:


  • CAD tool: Unigraphics NX and Creo
  • Experience with FEA tools (ANSYS)


  • PLM software: Wind-chill
  • Experience/Knowledge on Mould/Tool design will be an added advantage
  • Education Qualification: B.E/ BTech (Mechanical)
  • Experience: 6+ years
