INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Project Planner to join our Project Monitoring and Control team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, and Manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving effective project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. What You’ll Lead and Deliver

• Execute the Project Planning function to ensure effective planning across all projects.
• Facilitate MPC & CEM teams in ensuring smooth project execution aligned with timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers (PMs) to ensure efficient planning and execution.
• Participate in Project Handover Meetings to initiate planning activities from project onset.
• Ensure all project schedules are regularly updated and maintained.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate resource allocation and ensure resource hours are properly logged in the system.
• Generate and deliver project progress reports to PMs as per client requirements.
• Develop standardized scheduling modules to ensure consistency and completeness in planning.
• Ensure the use of proper reporting templates aligned with project needs.
• Support Portfolio Planners by providing necessary data, insights, and reports.
