Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
Develop full-funnel strategies aligned with B2B lead generation and conversion goals
Conduct regular search term audits, manage keyword structures, and build strong negative keyword lists
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, budgets, placements, and audience targeting
Create, test, and iterate ad creatives including copy, headlines, descriptions, and visual assets
Build and refine audience segments including customer match lists, retargeting audiences, lookalikes, in-market, and custom intent audiences
Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
Produce bi-weekly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad visuals and messaging
Identify and resolve ad policy issues across platforms proactively
Stay updated with platform changes, new features, and performance marketing trends



RequirementsQualifications & Skills:

3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns independently
Strong expertise in Search, Display, and Paid Social campaign structures and optimization techniques
Solid understanding of keyword research, match types, and negative keyword strategies
Experience with Meta Ads Manager including audience targeting, creatives testing, and scaling campaigns
Working knowledge of Performance Max, audience signals, asset groups, and campaign automation strategies
Hands-on experience with GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution models
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking implementation and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, buying cycles, and lead generation strategies
Ability to work with US-based clients and communicate insights clearly in English
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides for reporting and analysis
