Role


We are seeking a highly motivated People Engagement Specialist to design, implement and coordinate employee engagement programs and activities to ensure employee motivation and support the company's short- and long-term goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for employee engagement, and the ability to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.


Responsibilities


  • Design and implement employee engagement activities that align with the company's mission and values, and support its short and long-term goals.
  • Support the development, execution, and coordination of employee engagement programs and activities, including workshops, seminars, training, and other initiatives.
  • Assist with events and projects associated with employee appreciation, engagement, and recognition, such as employee appreciation days, recognition awards, and team-building activities.
  • Gather employee feedback by using surveys, focus groups, and other methods, and analyze the feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  • Collaborate with other departments and employees to understand their needs and develop customized engagement programs and activities that meet their unique requirements.
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested, including employee wellness programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and community outreach programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement programs and activities, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement and incorporate them into the company's engagement strategy.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Provide regular reports on employee engagement activities and metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Design and curate engaging annual and bi-annual calendar of activities and events for people engagement that align with company values and cater to diverse interests of workforce.
  • Forecast and manage people engagement event budgets efficiently, utilizing data-driven strategies, cost-effective solutions, and contingency plans

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement best practices, trends, and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience with employee engagement survey tools and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for employee engagement.
